XENTRY/DAS Diagnostics
XENTRY is Mercedes-Benz's factory diagnostic platform, providing full module access across the vehicle's CAN network. After module replacement, sensor calibration, or steering system work, SCN coding through XENTRY is required to configure the replacement part to the vehicle. Generic scan tools can read fault codes — they can't perform this step. We can.
C-Class, E-Class & S-Class
The C, E, and S-Class sedan platforms are the most common Mercedes vehicles we service. Oil specification matters — Mercedes-Benz 229.5 or 229.51 is required depending on the engine, and substitution causes measurable long-term wear. Timing chain service, air suspension on equipped models, and 7G-Tronic transmission fluid service are recurring maintenance items across these platforms.
GLC, GLE & GLS
Mercedes-Benz SUVs — the GLC, GLE, GLS, and G-Class — carry the same precision requirements as the sedans, with additional complexity in airmatic suspension systems, transfer case service on 4MATIC models, and the electronic systems integration that XENTRY is required to work on correctly. We service the full SUV lineup including AMG variants.
AMG Performance Models
AMG vehicles are maintained to the same standard as any Mercedes — which means the correct factory tools, OEM-specification parts, and oil grades. Performance use increases brake service frequency, and AMG-specific components require sourcing through channels that supply the correct specification. We use those channels. No substitutes.
