The right repair,
diagnosed first.

Engine repairs range from minor oil leaks to complete replacements, and the distance between them is usually determined by how long the problem went unaddressed. Every engine complaint we see starts with a proper diagnosis — not an assumption, and not a parts swap to see what happens. We work through the full range of engine repair: seals and gaskets, timing components, cooling system, head work, and full engine replacement when that's the right call. OEM-spec parts on every job.

Oil Leaks & Seals
European engines are well-engineered but not immune to seal failure — especially as they age. Valve cover gaskets, rear main seals, camshaft seals, and oil pan gaskets are common failure points across BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz platforms. We locate the actual source before recommending any repair — on a tight engine bay, a leak at one location often looks like it's coming from somewhere else entirely.
Timing Components
Most European engines are interference engines — when timing fails, the damage is severe and often unrepairable. Timing belt and chain service intervals exist for a reason, and we follow manufacturer specifications, not rough approximations. Tensioners, guides, and water pumps are replaced as part of timing service because the labor overlap means deferring them is a false economy.
Cooling System
European cooling systems use a mix of aluminum and plastic components that age differently and fail at different intervals. Plastic thermostat housings, water pump impellers, and expansion tanks are common failure points that are often overlooked until they cause a larger problem. We replace with OEM-grade components and use the correct coolant specification for the platform — not universal coolant.
Engine Replacement
Engine replacement is the right answer when the repair cost exceeds the vehicle's value, when the damage is beyond serviceable limits, or when the failure mode makes a rebuild unreliable. When replacement is warranted, we use OEM-spec engines and document the full installation. Every replacement job carries the same 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty as any other repair.

OEM parts.
No exceptions.

Engine work is where parts quality matters most. An aftermarket timing tensioner that fails six months after installation doesn't just leave you stranded — it can destroy an engine. Gaskets that don't seal to OEM spec lead to comebacks. We don't use parts that create those outcomes. Our warranty only works because our parts standard makes it possible.
