Moscow, Idaho · Since 2019
We opened in 2019 with a straightforward belief: customers deserve to know exactly what's wrong with their vehicle, exactly what it will cost to fix it, and exactly what parts are going in. We haven't changed that position since.
Our Philosophy
Every vehicle that comes in for diagnosis starts with our Level 1 Testing package — a dedicated 2-hour session where a technician works through extensive load testing, power and ground testing, OE scan tools, manufacturer parts diagrams, and factory testing procedures to identify the actual root cause.
That process is what gives us a better than 99% first-attempt accuracy rate. Not a theory. Not a parts swap to see what happens. An accurate, confirmed diagnosis before anything is ordered.
Owner & Operator
Ken founded Lux AutoHause in 2019 with a specific goal: build a shop where technical precision and honest communication aren't competing priorities — they're the same thing.
He holds a four-year engineering degree and brings more than a decade of hands-on mechanical experience to every vehicle that comes through the shop. That combination is rare in this industry. Most shops have experienced technicians without the systems-thinking background, or managers with business training who've never turned a wrench. Ken has both — and it shapes how the entire operation runs.
Lux AutoHause started as a dealership in 2019. By 2021 it had grown into full-service repair — not because the opportunity was there, but because the demand for a shop that actually operated to a standard was real and consistent.
Ken Weaver — Owner & Operator
Ken founded Lux AutoHause in 2019. The Worldpac delivery in this photo is the ECO Dual Gas A/C machine — the same equipment you'll see on the Heating & A/C service page. Every major tool investment gets made the right way, from the right supplier.
When you call or walk in, you're talking to Ken. Not a service writer. The person who understands your vehicle, reviewed the inspection, and stands behind the work.
The Shop
521 N Main St in Moscow has been Lux AutoHause's home since September 2022. The shop is equipped with professional-grade two-post lifts, OEM diagnostic platforms — including ISTA for BMW and MINI, ODIS for Volkswagen Group vehicles, and XENTRY for Mercedes-Benz — the same systems used by factory-authorized dealers. Lux AutoHause is a PAC by Worldpac member, ensuring consistent access to OEM-grade parts from one of the most trusted distribution networks in the industry. We serve Moscow, Pullman, Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, and customers who make the drive from as far as Montana. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
