Built on
honesty.
Backed by
expertise.

We opened in 2019 with a straightforward belief: customers deserve to know exactly what's wrong with their vehicle, exactly what it will cost to fix it, and exactly what parts are going in. We haven't changed that position since.

We don't guess.
We diagnose.

Every vehicle that comes in for diagnosis starts with our Level 1 Testing package — a dedicated 2-hour session where a technician works through extensive load testing, power and ground testing, OE scan tools, manufacturer parts diagrams, and factory testing procedures to identify the actual root cause.

That process is what gives us a better than 99% first-attempt accuracy rate. Not a theory. Not a parts swap to see what happens. An accurate, confirmed diagnosis before anything is ordered.

Honest When the News Isn't Good.
If a repair doesn't make financial sense, we say so. If we aren't confident in a diagnosis, we tell you before quoting anything. If a vehicle's condition means we can't stand behind further repairs, we'll be direct about that too. It's not always what people want to hear — but it's always what they need to know.
We Don't Guess. We Diagnose.
Every vehicle starts with a Level 1 diagnostic — two hours, factory scan tools, load testing, power and ground testing, and manufacturer procedures. We invest the time upfront because guessing costs more. That process is what produces a better than 99% first-attempt accuracy rate on repairs.
Premium Parts. No Exceptions.
We use OEM-grade components exclusively — Liqui-Moly fluids, Textar brakes, Bilstein and Lemförder suspension, and parts sourced through Worldpac. The warranty we offer only holds because the parts standard makes it possible. No substitutes. No exceptions.
European Expertise. All-Makes Quality.
We specialize in BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, Volvo, MINI, and Jaguar — not because European vehicles are prestigious, but because they're legitimately more demanding. They require dedicated diagnostic software, make-specific tooling, and manufacturer repair procedures that most shops don't have and haven't invested in. That infrastructure doesn't disappear when a Toyota or a Ford comes through the door. The same standard applies to everything we touch.

Meet
Ken Weaver.

Ken founded Lux AutoHause in 2019 with a specific goal: build a shop where technical precision and honest communication aren't competing priorities — they're the same thing.

He holds a four-year engineering degree and brings more than a decade of hands-on mechanical experience to every vehicle that comes through the shop. That combination is rare in this industry. Most shops have experienced technicians without the systems-thinking background, or managers with business training who've never turned a wrench. Ken has both — and it shapes how the entire operation runs.

Lux AutoHause started as a dealership in 2019. By 2021 it had grown into full-service repair — not because the opportunity was there, but because the demand for a shop that actually operated to a standard was real and consistent.

At the Front Desk. Every Day.
When you call Lux AutoHause or walk through the door, you're talking to Ken. Not a service writer passing information back and forth between counter and bay. The person explaining your diagnostic results, walking through the estimate, and answering your questions is the same person who reviewed the inspection and understands exactly what's happening with your vehicle.
Engineer by Training. Technician by Experience.
Ken's engineering background shapes how Lux AutoHause approaches every diagnosis — methodically, with a defined process, and without guessing. His decade of hands-on wrenching means that framework is grounded in how vehicles actually behave, not just how they're supposed to behave on paper. The result is a better than 99% first-attempt accuracy rate on repairs.
Standards-Driven, Not Volume-Driven.
Lux AutoHause intentionally controls its throughput. Diagnostic time is protected, not squeezed. Technician workload is managed. That structure is why the accuracy rate holds, why parts are ordered correctly the first time, and why customers don't come back with the same problem twice.

When you call or walk in, you're talking to Ken. Not a service writer. The person who understands your vehicle, reviewed the inspection, and stands behind the work.

ASE Certified
ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification requires passing a rigorous set of technical exams across specific service categories. It's the industry's recognized benchmark for verified mechanical knowledge — not a participation credential. Maintaining certification requires ongoing education to keep it current.
PAC by Worldpac
Worldpac is one of the country's leading distributors of OEM and OEM-grade import parts. PAC membership gives us access to a parts network built around specification accuracy — not substitution and lowest-cost alternatives. When we source a part for your vehicle, we're pulling from a catalog built the right way.
3-Year Warranty
Every repair we perform is backed by a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. That's not a marketing line — it's a standard we can hold because we use quality components and diagnose correctly before we start. The warranty exists because the work earns it.
Parts & Fluids
We source parts through Worldpac and use Liqui-Moly premium fluids, Textar OEM-grade brake components, and Bilstein and Lemförder suspension components exclusively. No substitutes.
