EV service.
Right here.

The nearest Tesla and EV dealers are in Spokane — nearly 90 miles away. Moscow and Pullman EV owners shouldn't have to make that drive for routine diagnostics and maintenance. We're equipped, and we're here.

Skip the
Spokane drive.

For Moscow and Pullman EV owners, the choice has always been: take half a day to drive to Spokane for routine maintenance, or push it off. Neither is a good option. Lux AutoHause changes that equation. We're equipped for the diagnostics, software checks, and maintenance items that EV ownership requires — no 180-mile round trip needed.

The Spokane Gap
Every Tesla service center and EV dealer in the region is in Spokane. That's a real cost in time and fuel for Palouse residents who just need a tire rotation, brake inspection, annual multi-point check, or diagnostic scan. We're the local answer to a trip that shouldn't need to happen.

Tesla Owners Welcome
Tesla's service model assumes you live near a major metro. If you're in Moscow or Pullman, you don't. We service Tesla vehicles — including routine maintenance and non-warranty diagnostics — so you're not dependent on a service center 90 miles away for work that can be done here.
EV Diagnostics
Electric vehicles have different service needs than combustion vehicles, but they still have service needs. We're equipped with the diagnostic tooling to read EV fault codes, assess battery and thermal management systems, inspect high-voltage components, and identify issues before they become expensive ones.
Routine EV Maintenance
EVs still require regular maintenance: tire rotations, brake system service (regenerative braking doesn't mean no brake wear), cabin air filter replacement, coolant system checks, 12V battery maintenance, and multi-point inspections. None of that requires a Spokane trip.

What we
work on.

The nearest Tesla service center is in Spokane — nearly 90 miles from Moscow. For routine diagnostics, maintenance, and non-high-voltage repairs, Palouse EV owners shouldn't have to make that drive. We service Tesla, Rivian, Polestar, and plug-in hybrids with the same diagnostic standard, OEM-grade parts, and 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty we apply to every vehicle.

Tesla
Tesla service breaks into two categories: high-voltage work that requires Tesla-authorized equipment, and everything else. Alignment, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and general diagnostics on Tesla vehicles don't require the Spokane service center. We handle that work locally. We're honest about what falls outside our scope — high-voltage battery and drivetrain work — and will tell you clearly when that drive is actually necessary.
Rivian & Other EVs
Rivian, Polestar, and other EV platforms are increasingly common in the Palouse. Like Tesla, we separate high-voltage battery and motor work from conventional maintenance — alignment, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and diagnostics for non-drivetrain systems. We're straightforward about what we can and can't do on each platform, and we won't take work we can't stand behind.
Plug-In Hybrids
Plug-in hybrids are conventional vehicles with an added high-voltage system. The internal combustion side — engine, transmission, cooling, brakes, and all conventional systems — is fully within our service scope. We service PHEVs from BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volvo, Porsche Cayenne, and other European platforms we already specialize in, as well as domestic and Asian market PHEVs.
What We Don't Do
We don't perform high-voltage battery replacement, electric motor rebuilds, or high-voltage system repairs that require manufacturer-specific HV tooling and certifications we don't hold. If your EV needs that work, we'll tell you directly and help you understand what the actual scope is before you make the Spokane drive. What we won't do is take your money on work we can't warranty correctly.

Same warranty.
Every vehicle.

EV ownership in a rural area creates a real service gap. The dealer is far, and most local shops either lack the diagnostic capability or overstate what they can do on these platforms. We fill the gap honestly — handling the conventional work correctly, being clear about HV limitations, and treating EV owners with the same standard we apply to every other vehicle we service.

Don't make the
Spokane drive.
