Heating
& A/C.

Complete heating and A/C diagnosis and repair. We find the actual cause — whether that's a failed compressor, a leak, a blend door, or a control module. We don't guess, and we don't just top off refrigerant and send you on your way.

Find the cause.
Fix it right.

Heating and A/C complaints cover a wide range — from refrigerant leaks and compressor failure to heater cores, blend door actuators, and climate control module faults. We diagnose the actual problem before recommending any repair. Topping off refrigerant without finding the leak isn't a repair — it's a temporary delay that usually costs more by the time the system fails again.

A/C System Diagnosis
A/C diagnosis starts with pressure testing, leak detection — UV dye and electronic detection — and component-level testing through factory scan data. Modern European A/C systems are integrated with the vehicle's CAN bus, so diagnosing them properly requires factory diagnostic software, not just a manifold gauge set. We find the actual failure point before anything is recommended.

R-134a and R-1234yf A/C service — correct refrigerant specification for every platform

Compressor & Components
Compressor replacement requires evacuating and recharging the system to the correct refrigerant specification — R-134a or R-1234yf depending on the platform. When a compressor fails, the system is flushed to prevent debris contamination of the new unit. Condenser, expansion valve, and receiver-drier replacement follow OEM specifications for parts and refrigerant charge weight.
Heating System
Heater core replacement on European vehicles often requires significant dashboard disassembly — it's a labor-intensive job that needs to be done correctly the first time. Thermostat housing failures are common on several BMW platforms and are a frequent source of intermittent temperature complaints. We diagnose the actual cause before any disassembly is recommended.
Climate Control Modules
Multi-zone climate control systems on modern European vehicles are module-controlled and CAN bus-integrated. Blend door actuators require coding after replacement on most platforms. Fault codes in the climate control module often point to sensor failures or communication faults rather than mechanical HVAC problems. Factory diagnostic access is required to distinguish between the two.

Not just a
refrigerant top-off.

Refrigerant doesn't consume itself. If the system is low, there's a leak — and adding refrigerant without finding it means you'll be back when the system runs low again. Every A/C complaint we see gets a full diagnostic workup: pressure test, leak detection, and a review of component condition before any recommendation is made. One accurate diagnosis and one correct repair is almost always less expensive than two partial fixes.
