The Palouse's
Audi specialists.

Audi builds some of the most technically sophisticated vehicles on the road — Quattro AWD systems, dual-clutch S Tronic transmissions, TFSI turbocharged engines with direct injection, and driver assistance systems that require factory tools to calibrate after repairs. We use ODIS — Audi's factory diagnostic platform — and we know the VAG group platforms at the level of detail that good Audi service actually requires.

ODIS Factory Diagnostics
ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) is the factory diagnostic platform shared across the Volkswagen Group — Audi, VW, Porsche, Skoda, and SEAT. On Audi vehicles it enables full fault memory access, guided diagnostic procedures, DSG/S Tronic adaptation resets after transmission service, module coding, and component calibration. Generic scan tools read a fraction of what ODIS accesses.
A-Series Sedans & Wagons
The A3 through A8 and allroad are the most common Audi platforms we service. Timing chain service on the EA888 2.0T engine, DSG and S Tronic transmission service at proper intervals, and carbon buildup on direct injection engines are the recurring maintenance items Audi sedan owners need to stay ahead of. Oil specification — VW 502.00 or 504.00 depending on engine — is not optional.
Q-Series SUVs
The Q5 is the most common Audi SUV in this region and one of the most reliable platforms in the lineup when maintained correctly. Q7 and Q8 add air suspension complexity and larger displacement engine requirements. Quattro AWD service — differential fluid, transfer case — is part of the maintenance picture that keeps these vehicles performing as engineered.
S & RS Performance Models
Audi S and RS models are performance vehicles that demand performance-level maintenance. The EA839 3.0T and EA825 4.0T engines found in the S4, S5, RS5, and RS7 require meticulous attention to oil specification and cooling system condition. Performance brake service — pads, rotors, and fluid — on S and RS models needs to be done with the right components. We service the full S and RS lineup.

Audi precision.
Our commitment.

Audi owners in the Palouse have historically had two options: drive to Spokane for dealer service, or take their chances at a shop without the tools or platform knowledge to do the job correctly. We're the third option — factory ODIS access, VAG-specific technical depth, OEM-grade parts sourced through Worldpac, and a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty on every repair.
